Overview:

We’re seeking an Instructional Designer to revolutionize the Client Services digital learning journey in Treasury Services. If you have a knack for instructional design, content creation, and training development, this is your chance to make a lasting impact! In this role, you will lead the transition from manual training methods (Excel, SharePoint) to a fully digital learning platform — enhancing onboarding, upskilling client service officers, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Your expertise will directly impact client excellence by accelerating knowledge growth within our Treasury Services team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Develop a digital training journey for Treasury Services Client Service teams.
- Transform manual onboarding processes into structured, interactive digital learning paths.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand training needs, systems, and company products.
- Apply adult learning principles to create engaging training for diverse audiences.
- Engage with SMEs, system implementation teams, and support staff to ensure training relevance.
- Create an onboarding checklist for new hires, incorporating key Treasury Services training.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in training development, instructional design, or digital learning.
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred: Education, Business, Communications, or Information Systems).
- Strong expertise in instructional design, content creation, and project management.
- Training experience with a deep understanding of different learning styles.
- Experience with digital learning tools, systems, and software.
- Treasury Services or financial industry experience is a plus!
