Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking an experienced instructional designer to craft and update instructional materials using ADDIE. You will work with subject matter experts to collect and refine content, and create engaging materials for instructor-led sessions.

The role requires a strong writer with visual formatting skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams, and the ability to deliver for hybrid training environments as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of instructional design experience.
• Proven ability to develop learning materials independently with work samples.
