MassDOT in Massachusetts is seeking an Instructional Design Intern for the RMV division. You will help design and format training materials, update SOPs, and support trainers during live sessions, both in-person and virtual.

The role offers hands-on experience in instructional design, technical writing, and training logistics, with collaboration across departments and a potential hybrid work schedule. Ideal for pursuing a career in instructional design or organizational development.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the design and development of training materials, including presentations, job aids, and eLearning content.
• Support the review, formatting, and organization of SOPs to ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility.
• Prepare, print, and assemble training materials for in-person and virtual sessions.
• Provide logistical and facilitation support to trainers during live training events.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and training staff to ensure instructional content aligns with departmental goals and approved practices.
• Help maintain training documentation and version control within SharePoint or the Learning Management System (LMS).
