Jordan’s Furniture is offering a Summer 2027 Instructional Design Intern role within the Learning & Development team in East Taunton, MA. The 10-week paid internship (June 7, 2027 start) includes hands-on experience creating training materials, e-learning content, and employee development resources for retail and corporate teams.

You will collaborate with SMEs, apply instructional design best practices, and gain exposure to adult learning principles and learning technologies while supporting

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
• Creative and detail-oriented with ability to present information clearly.

Responsabilités

• Design engaging, learner-centered training experiences.
• Own a meaningful instructional design project.
• Create learning objectives, storyboards, and design documents.
• Develop instructor-led and e-learning materials including videos and guides.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze training needs.
• Apply adult learning principles to improve retention and performance.
• Gather learner feedback and contribute to program improvements.
