Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. in Chicago is seeking an Institutional Broker-Dealer Sales Support Associate to deliver day-to-day sales support, onboarding, and trade processing across institutional clients and sales teams.

You will coordinate account documentation, respond to client inquiries, manage funds movement, and help drive scalable client experiences with exposure to fixed income and capital markets activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience within Investments/Financial Services.
• Must obtain FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 within 12 months of hire.
• 1+ years of client service experience within Investments/Financial Services or related.

Responsibilities

• Support institutional sales team across trade lifecycle, onboarding, and settlement coordination.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to deliver exceptional service.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, sales, and internal partners.
• Identify, research, and resolve complex account issues.
• Coordinate onboarding/maintenance documentation for accuracy.
• Verify client and transaction details in systems with regulatory compliance.
• Deliver scalable processes to handle client requests accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of products, systems, and procedures.
• Support liquidity onboarding and trading, including system demos and settlements.
• Collaborate to ensure timely trade and settlement processing.
• Facilitate funds movement requests.
• Maintain desktop procedures and resources.
