Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking an Institutional Broker-Dealer Sales Support Associate in Chicago. The role ensures exceptional service and seamless coordination across clients, sales, operations, and external service providers throughout the account lifecycle.

The position handles onboarding, maintenance, trade support, settlement coordination, and funds movement while contributing to process improvements and scalable client experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience within Investments/Financial Services.
• Must obtain within 12 months of hire the FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 63.
• 1+ years of client service experience within Investments/Financial Services or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the institutional sales team across the trade lifecycle including onboarding, trade support, settlement coordination, and exception management.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by delivering excellent client experience.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, sales reps, and internal partners; escalate servicing issues as needed.
• Identify, research, analyze, and resolve complex problems with accounts.
• Coordinate onboarding/maintenance documentation for accuracy and completeness.
