Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of experience within Investments/Financial Services
• Minimum of 9 months of customer service experience within Investments/Financial Services
• Series 6, Series 63, and Life and Health license

Responsibilities

• Day to day activities and interaction between the client and Huntington in terms of establishment, documentation, maintenance and servicing of the relationship, including the Digital Experience.
• Services customers by providing detailed information on specific accounts and building rapport; resolve complex account problems.
• Works with the client and/or relationship manager to obtain financial information for new accounts, loans and servicing requests.
• Identify, research and resolve complex problems with accounts.
• Builds rapport with clients and Huntington personnel, including branch colleagues.
• Assists Advisors by processing and maintaining documentation, resolving discrepancies, and preparing for meetings and presentations.
• Maintains knowledge of products, services, policies, and Digital Experience.
