Job summary

Huntington is seeking an Institutional Broker-Dealer Sales Support Associate to provide day-to-day sales support and operations coordination for institutional clients. You will serve as the primary contact among clients, sales teams, and internal partners, handling onboarding, trade processing, and settlement activities to ensure a seamless client experience.

The role requires a FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 within 12 months, 5+ years in investments/financial services, and strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within Investments/Financial Services
• Must obtain within 12 months of hire the FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 63
• 1+ years of client service experience within Investments/Financial Services or related experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (stated)
• Broker-dealer experience advantageous
• Experience with onboarding, account maintenance, trade processing, and settlement activities
• Knowledge of broker-dealer operations and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Support the institutional sales team throughout the trade lifecycle, onboarding, trade support, settlement coordination, and exception management
• Develop and maintain strong, trusted client relationships by delivering exceptional client experience
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, sales representatives, and internal partners; escalation point for client servicing issues
• Identify, research, analyze and resolve complex problems with accounts
• Coordinate and process account onboarding/maintenance documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Update and verify client account information and transaction details in systems; ensure regulatory compliance
• Deliver scalable, repeatable processes to handle client requests accurately and timely
• Maintain knowledge of products and services, systems, policies and procedures
• Support liquidity products onboarding, services, and trading including system demonstrations and settlement processing
• Collaborate to ensure accurate and timely securities trade and settlement processing
• Facilitate funds movement requests
• Maintain and update desktop procedures and resources
