Job summary

Huntington National Bank in Columbus, OH seeks an Institutional Broker-Dealer Sales Support Associate to provide day-to-day client onboarding and trade support, coordinating with sales, operations, and trading to ensure a seamless client experience.

You will maintain account documentation, process trades, facilitate funds movement, respond to client inquiries, and support business development initiatives while staying compliant with regulations and maintaining product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in Investments/Financial Services is required.
• +5 years in Investments/Financial Services or related field.
• Must obtain FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Support institutional sales throughout trade lifecycle incl onboarding, trade support, settlement coordination and exception management.
• Develop and maintain trusted client relationships by delivering exceptional client experience.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, sales reps and internal partners; escalate servicing issues as needed.
• Identify, research, analyze and resolve complex account problems.
• Coordinate onboarding/maintenance documentation for accuracy before submission.
• Process account information and transactions ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, systems, policies and procedures.
• Support liquidity onboarding, services and trading including system demos and settlements.
