Job summary

National Digital Trust Company (In Organization) is building a new era of digital asset services and seeks an Institutional Sales Associate to support relationship development and sales execution across institutional clients. You will help with prospecting, outreach, and deal support through contract execution.

You will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive revenue and growth while staying informed on crypto markets, regulation, and client workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or working with sales teams in financial services, fintech, or tech environments.
• Interest in cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and the digital asset ecosystem.
• Comfort using CRM systems and supporting sales lifecycle processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup with evolving priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Support sales activities within assigned institutional segments and product lines.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to execute business, marketing, and product objectives.
• Assist in cultivating relationships with prospective institutional clients.
• Contribute to prospecting, outbound outreach, initial pitches, and ongoing relationship management.
• Support CRM updates, reporting, and sales pipeline hygiene.
• Coordinate with marketing, product, operations, risk, and compliance to drive revenue growth.
• Help deliver a high-touch, white-glove client experience.
• Maintain knowledge of the digital asset ecosystem, pricing, and regulation.
