Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in registrar or higher education records/reporting
• Experience preparing IPEDS submissions and regional accreditation reporting
• Experience with a student information system, degree audit software, and Excel or similar tools
• Ability to query a student information system using SQL or report-writing tools

Aufgaben

• Serve as IPEDS keyholder; prepare and submit IPEDS surveys and related components
• Manage federal, state, and agency reporting including MOHE, IBHE, NCAA/UMAC, and PSEO data
• Maintain census and end-of-term data snapshots and external reporting calendar
• Produce standard institutional metrics (enrollment, retention, completion) for leadership and board
• Code and test program and degree audits; ensure consistency across SIS, reporting, and catalog
• Support graduation audits and records alignment with Registrar and graduate assistants
