Job summary

Binance VIP and Institutional Team is seeking a results-driven sales professional to acquire and develop trust with a portfolio of major institutional and VIP clients worldwide.

You will expand relationships through proactive outreach, coordinate with product, risk, and operations, and attend bespoke events to meet clients. This remote role offers global travel opportunities and the chance to shape crypto finance for top partners.

Qualifications

Sales experience with KPI targets.
Experience with regional sales teams and events.
3–10 years in sales and client services with an international financial background.
Portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms or private banks.
Strong communication and relationship management; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Acquire and develop trust with a portfolio of global institutional/VIP clients.
Expand relationships through sustained communication and understanding client needs.
Build key customer service processes and track status of key customers.
Analyze user behavior, provide product feedback and coordinate with departments.
