Job summary

Tether is seeking a highly driven USAT Institutional Associate to accelerate market adoption, operational connectivity, and execution across core global corridors. Reporting directly to the Head of USAT Institutional, you will own high-priority workflows, bridge regional expansion teams, and project-manage strategic corridor partnerships from inception to production.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of fintech, cross-border payments, or digital asset experience, plus strong program management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in project management, business development, or operational execution in fintech or digital assets.
• Strong understanding of cross-border settlements and payment rails.

Responsibilities

• Ramp connectivity and corridor optimization across high value corridors.
• Lead local stablecoin FX pilots and production execution.
• Manage geographic expansion projects and market research.
• Oversee institutional onboarding and KPI tracking.
