Qualifications

• Senior BD experience in institutional crypto, such as OTC desks, prime brokers, or infrastructure serving institutional crypto.

Responsibilities

• Open new institutional segments, including OTC brokers, crypto funds, market makers, institutional traders, family offices, and large corporates.
• Land first clients in new verticals and reduce dependence on payment-services revenue.
• Raise average margin by reaching higher-value client networks.
