Certus Recruitment is partnering with a digital asset and financial technology business to appoint a Director, Institutional Execution. This senior role focuses on developing institutional relationships and expanding the business across evolving crypto markets, both on-chain and off-chain.

You’ll work with institutional investors, trading firms, liquidity providers and other professional market participants, leveraging a strong crypto network to win new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within institutional markets, trading, capital markets or digital assets.
• Strong understanding of crypto markets and on-chain/off-chain infrastructure.
• Established network of institutional clients and market participants.
• Strong understanding of liquidity and institutional trading requirements.
• Proven track record of developing commercial relationships and winning new business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with institutional investors, trading firms and market participants.

The Opportunity

Certus Recruitment is partnering with an ambitious and growing digital asset and financial technology business to appoint a Director, Institutional Execution.

The business is building institutional-grade infrastructure across the crypto and digital asset markets, supporting sophisticated clients across both on-chain and off-chain markets.

This is a senior commercial role focused on developing institutional relationships and expanding the business across the evolving digital asset ecosystem. You’ll work with institutional investors, trading firms, liquidity providers and other professional market participants, helping them access sophisticated crypto markets and infrastructure.

We’re looking for an experienced institutional markets professional who understands crypto, liquidity and market structure, and who can combine strong institutional relationships with the commercial ability to identify, develop and win new opportunities.

The Role
