Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cooks food per the facility menu plan and maintains production records.
• Directs work and trains detainee food service staff.
• Conducts staff orientation and training programs.
• Manages food and supplies scheduling and quality assurance.
• Places orders, checks deliveries and inventories.
• Ensures sanitation and safety across the department.
• Supports management in client relations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
