Responsibilities

• Cooks food per the facility menu and production needs.
• Directs detainee food service staff and provides training.
• Conducts orientation and training for staff.
• Manages preparation scheduling and quality assurance of foods and supplies.
• Place orders for food and supplies; check deliveries and inventory.
• Ensure sanitation and safety in all areas of the department.
• Support management in client relations and duties as assigned.
