O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to service professional customers at the installer counter and oversee delivery operations. You will work with delivery staff to ensure accurate, timely orders and quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take orders over phone and online, invoice, and direct parts for delivery.
• Route delivery specialists to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and complete inspections daily.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed.
• Backroom duties: stock, returns, auto-load.
• Assist with labor claims processing.
