Qualifications

- Fluency in multiple languages, specifically Spanish, is highly desired.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
- Take customer orders over the phone and online accurately.
- Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards.
- Audit customer returns for warranty abuse and ensure correct labeling.
- Assist in front counter duties and customer labor claims.
