O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks an Installer Service Specialist to service professional customers at the installer counter. This role will oversee delivery staff and ensure accurate, timely order deliveries while building strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have hands-on automotive repair knowledge, strong communication skills, and ASE certification. The company offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above-average communication skills.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take orders by phone and online, invoice orders, and direct parts picking/staging for delivery.
• Route delivery specialists to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and complete inspections according to standards.
• Verify warranty parts and cores are billed before the customer leaves.
• Credit returns for cores and warranties promptly.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed.
• Help with backroom duties (auto-load, returns, stock).
• Process labor claims quickly and accurately.
• All other duties as assigned.
