Carter Lumber Company seeks an Installed Manager to oversee installation services, repairs, and remodeling performed by installers, employees and subcontractors. The role requires managing schedules and ensuring workmanship quality, built on knowledge of building materials, codes, and a strong customer-service mindset.

The position emphasizes coordinating a team, recruiting field personnel, ensuring paperwork and safety compliance, and driving field performance to meet company sales and margin

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of installed sales or related building materials or installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of installation methods and process improvements.
• Ability to analyze problems and provide recommendations.
• Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Program Management: identify and recruit qualified field personnel and subcontractors.
• Ensure paperwork requirements are met and installers follow the code of conduct.
• Collaborate with Installed Service Manager to build a strong installed sales team to meet goals.
• Schedule and coordinate installed services and coordinate with sales on opportunities.
• Ensure timely job completion per contract and uphold safety standards.
• Direct and train installers to meet regulatory and safety guidelines.
