Job summary

Carter Lumber seeks an Installed Sales Coordinator to assist the Installed Sales Manager by coordinating program functions, assisting with billing and financial reporting, and ensuring paperwork is processed timely.

The position requires coordination skills, experience in the construction/materials industry, familiarity with SupplyPro and Buildertrend, and strong MS Office proficiency; effective communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in coordination or admin role in construction/building materials.
• Knowledge of SupplyPro and Buildertrend platforms.
• Ability to prioritize daily responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, organize, prioritize and coordinate work activities.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and provide recommendations to solve problems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Pull billing reports, finalize billing, and monitor margins and revenue under the Market Manager.
• Ensures the Installed Sales schedule is inputted and updated.
• Manages the flow of required paperwork and maintains information in data base.
• Ensures delivery of material is scheduled and job is ready for work.
• Keeps lines of communication open with field installers and communicates with Superintendents.
• Creates service requests, orders, and POs in POS system.
• Ensures schedules are kept and jobs are completed in a timely manner according to contract.
