Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 3+ years; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in installation, maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment.
• Proficiency in interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics, diagrams, and operation manuals.
• Able to work in a clean room environment while wearing PPE or cleanroom suit.
• Frequent physical tasks and ability to travel domestically and internationally with flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Site Availability, Equipment, and Service Data
• Review data, join daily pass down, ensure correct logging, prepare weekly summaries, align with customer
• Improve Field Service Operations: create systems to track PM GtG, delays, and summarize data to improve efficiency
• Create Dashboards and Reporting for above needs
• Translate Data into Operational Decisions
