Job summary

You should have a Bachelor's in Electronics or Engineering and 5+ years of field service experience. Travel domestic and international, flexible shifts, and a commitment to safety are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years' experience, or Master's with 3+ years.
• Experience with installation, maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics and operation manuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality on-site repair, maintenance and installation/start-up services at customer sites.
• Diagnose issues, perform diagnostics, isolate problems to component level and take corrective actions.
• Keep up to date on semiconductor capital equipment and Lam products through training and certification.
• Assist in field modifications and updates, maintain records to coordinate activities.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and create customer action plans to support needs.
• Discuss opportunities and challenges with customers to build trust.
• Provide technical instruction and mentoring for junior engineers.
