Qualifications

• 2+ years of installed sales or related building materials experience.
• Strong knowledge of installation methods and process improvements.
• Ability to solve problems using good judgment in analysis and troubleshooting.
• Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit qualified field personnel and subcontractors.
• Ensure all paperwork requirements are met.
• Ensure installers perform work according to the company’s code of conduct.
• Collaborate with Installed Service Manager to meet sales and margin goals.
• Schedule and coordinate installed services.
• Work with existing sales force to identify installed sales opportunities and present installed sales.
• Research market opportunities and trends to grow installed sales.
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and per contract.
• Solve issues in a patient and respectful manner with high workmanship quality.
• Direct and train installers to meet regulatory guidelines and training needs.
