Job summary

US LBM Holdings, LLC is seeking an Installation Service Coordinator in Lancaster, SC to work closely with Installation and Service Technicians, vendors, and staff to coordinate schedules and ensure on-time delivery of products and services.

You will report on service status to the sales team and managers, update shop and delivery paperwork, and maintain the service database. The role involves invoicing, reimbursement processing, and occasional training of staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of office administration or millwork experience preferred.
• Ability to handle interpersonal conflict and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Installation and Service Technicians and vendors to meet schedules.
• Report status to sales and managers with daily notes.
• Coordinate with shop manager, shipping, and material delivery for next-day services.
• Maintain database on service requests.
• Invoice and bill for chargeable/billable service; assist Credit as needed.
• Create and update a department procedure manual.
• Train another associate to backup during vacations/illness.
• Submit, track and reconcile reimbursements from vendors for parts and labor on warrantable repairs.
• Coordinate with Buyers for ordering of parts.
• Arrange for outside service contractors to keep completions at reasonable levels.
