• This position is deemed a Safety Sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Installation and Service Technicians and/or vendors to maximize completions, meet schedules, and minimize days out.
• Report on service status to sales and managers, including daily notes from the previous day.
• Coordinate with shop manager and shipping to prepare materials for next-day scheduled services.
• Maintain database on service requests and track past due orders.
