Solucient is seeking an Installation and Service Coordinator to manage the communication, scheduling, documentation, and administrative activities that support successful installation and service operations.

You will help ensure technicians arrive prepared, clients understand what to expect, internal teams have accurate information, and completed work moves efficiently through documentation and billing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years scheduling, dispatching, or project coordination preferred.
• Experience in electronic security or related field is helpful.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation projects from scheduling through completion.
• Communicate schedule changes promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and billing readiness.
• Support service coordination and client communication.
