• Launch every job with a confirmed scope of work, schedule, and installer assignment.
• Check in with installers each morning to confirm progress and address issues before they grow.
• Confirm scope and compensation with each installer on-site the day the job begins.
• Track days-to-complete against allocated project days and actively manage the production schedule.
• Obtain ETAs from installers and communicate updates to customers and the team proactively.
