Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in flooring installation and/or production management preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both by phone and in person.
• Proficient in scheduling, planning, and workflow optimization.
• Tech‑savvy (Salesforce, Excel, Outlook, or similar tools).
• Proactive problem‑solver with strong planning skills and a can‑do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture lasting relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Project Communication: Keep customers and installers informed with clear, timely updates on project timelines, start dates, and any immediate needs.
• Team Collaboration: Lead weekly meetings with sales staff to review new sales and ongoing projects.
• Installer Recruitment & Vetting: Proactively source and evaluate installer talent.
• Installer & Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with installers and vendors to ensure consistent quality and dependable partnerships.
• Conflict Resolution & Problem‑Solving: Resolve conflicts, negotiate effectively, and troubleshoot challenges that arise during construction to keep projects on track.
• Warehouse & Inventory Management: Organize and oversee product storage for efficient, orderly warehouse operations.
• On‑Site Quality Control: Conduct regular job site visits to verify that work meets company standards and customer expectations.
• Product & Cost Management: Oversee product orders, allocation and manage job costs efficiently.
• Documentation: Take before‑and‑after photos on every project to ensure accountability and quality.
• Customer Satisfaction: Strive for 5‑star ratings on every project through exceptional service and strong relationships.
