Job summary

ImproveIt Home Remodeling is seeking a Project Coordinator to drive customer satisfaction by coordinating projects from sale to installation. You will oversee the installation process, manage contractors, and resolve issues across departments to ensure timely milestones and high-quality workmanship.

This role requires 2+ years in customer service or project management in home improvement, strong communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or project management in home improvement or related industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and problem solve.
• Accurate typing rate of 40+ WPM, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all project aspects from sale to installation.
• Coordinate project logistics with customers, installers, vendors and departments.
• Schedule appointments to drive timely project completion.
• Update CRM with project details and ensure documentation is accurate.
• Ensure timely updates to customers on milestones and keep quality standards high.
