Job summary

Sears Home Improvement Products is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage installation processes, schedule work, and ensure quality and customer satisfaction across district projects. The role includes coordinating independent contractors, maintaining permits, and resolving contract issues with sales and customer teams.

The ideal candidate will bring 2–5 years of construction/management experience, licensing where required, and a valid driver's license with insurance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of on-the-job construction/management experience.
• State contractor licensing may be required depending on installation work.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervising all jobs in progress from start to finish.
• Recruiting and training sub-contractors.
• Controlling the communications with the customer on job and service issues.
• Support the installation process through effective materials management.
• Managing customer service related issues and expenses for all products lines assigned.
• Supervises (or shares supervision) of warehouse staff and the Installation Assistant.
• Support the installation process by identifying, communicating and resolving contract issues with sales staff.
• Maintain QED standards in district location.
• Ensure proper permits and licenses for all jobs have been obtained and are continually maintained.
