Job summary

P.J. Fitzpatrick is seeking a Production Coordinator to act as the central logistics liaison from Sale to Installation. You will coordinate with customers, installation crews, warehouse, and project managers to ensure timely, accurate execution within company standards.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with a Monday–Friday schedule in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience as a coordinator/dispatcher in construction, maintenance, or utilities.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use a work management system.

Responsibilities

• Monitor job status queues to meet cycle times for scheduling production tasks.
• Schedule installation with customer and crews aiming for daily capacity targets.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to ensure installation details are prepared for crews.
• Maintain timely updates with customers (ETAs, confirmations, problem resolution).
• Ensure accurate paperwork and that projects are closed out and paid in full.
