P.J. Fitzpatrick is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, oversee staff, and ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials for installation teams. The role emphasizes safety, security, and efficiency in a fast-paced setting.

You will coordinate shipping/receiving, maintain equipment, and mentor warehouse personnel to meet performance goals. Evening/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in warehouse tasks.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills in daily operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
• Forklift certification preferred and willingness to operate forklift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Warehouse Staff: oversee daily tasks, provide feedback to GM.
• Inventory Management: perform cycle counts and maintain records.
• Coordinate Shipping and Receiving: manage orders and accuracy.
• Equipment: ensure forklifts, ladders and tools are maintained and inspected.
• Problem Solving: address day-to-day challenges such as errors or staffing issues.
• Safety Compliance: enforce safety procedures and inspect emergency equipment.
• Security: uphold warehouse security and restrict access to non-warehouse personnel.
• Warehouse Organization: store materials properly and keep workspace tidy.
• Housekeeping: follow daily checklist and remove debris.
• Customer Service Support: handle will-call orders with care.
