National OnDemand, Inc. is seeking an Installation Manager to oversee field operations, supervise Field Supervisors and Technicians, and ensure alignment with company policies and safety standards.

The role emphasizes driving profitability, recruiting and developing staff, and maintaining strong client relationships across the service footprint. Occasional travel within the United States is required to manage projects and sites.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company and attend client meetings with Regional Manager and maintain strong client relationships.
• Drive profitability by optimizing profits and controlling expenses.
• Provide technical leadership and accountability for field team performance.
• Recruit, hire, retain and train field staff.
• Build and maintain an effective field operations organization focused on customer and employee satisfaction.
• Supervise field staff and address escalated issues in the field.
• Communicate senior management directives to field staff and ensure safety compliance.
• Develop manpower schedules and workload to ensure coverage.
• Visit sites to ensure quality control and conformance to client specs and company requirements.
• Address customer satisfaction issues and drive resolutions.
• Provide onsite guidance for newer staff.
• Serve as safety champion for the company.
