Leaf Home, LLC. is hiring an Installation Manager in Columbus, OH to oversee the daily operations of the Installation department within a local field office.

You will lead and coach the third‑party installer network, manage scheduling, and drive service resolution and training initiatives to ensure high-quality installations. The role emphasizes proactive scheduling, strong communication with customers and internal teams, and the development of installation staff and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or installation management.
• Track record of recruiting, training, coaching, and onboarding subcontractors.
• Attention to detail in all installation tasks.
• Ability to teach others via hands-on and documentation-based methods.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks and meet stakeholder needs without dropping the ball.
• Must have a truck or van capable of carrying ladders.
• Fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external partners.
• Ability to analyze problems and propose practical solutions.
• Able to manage emotions and foster positive working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assign installation jobs to third-party installers based on availability and proximity.
• Identify opportunities to speed up installation timelines.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule jobs per installer availability.
• Publish daily installation/service reports and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with office staff for workflow from schedule to install.
• Collaborate with Service and Sales Operations to resolve issues on first call.
• Train and develop installation staff and contractors in office and field.
• Improve subcontractor retention through effective training and engagement.
• Drive proficiency and efficiency among installation subcontractors.
• Work with Field Trainer on installer performance and capacity.
• Identify training gaps and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with all office and corporate teams.
