Job summary

West Shore Home in Richfield, OH is seeking an Installation Manager to lead and grow a dynamic team of Installers. You will act as Leader, Motivator, and Coach with support from regional leadership, driving five-star shower installation and bath remodel experiences.

You will oversee installation teams, develop and refine warehouse and pre-installation processes, meet customers on site, and ensure KPI targets and revenues are achieved. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in the installation, construction, and home remodeling industry.
• Proven success in achieving and reporting KPIs and overseeing revenues of $15MM or more.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team success & employee engagement.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing your Installation teams to effectively and profitably install our products.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes for Warehouse operations and Pre-Installation Measurement process.
• Visit job sites to meet customers, resolve issues, and observe employees.
• Provide all employees with effective training in role requirements, working relationships, and company requirements and culture.
• Coach your employees to increase their effectiveness in role and to meet expectations.
• Continuously improve the systems and processes used to deliver outputs.
• Interact with other company managers to learn how to support and improve the customer journey.
