Johnson Controls is seeking an in-office Installation Coordinator to manage installations from initial contact through contract closeout in North Salt Lake, UT. You will perform welcome calls within 48 hours of booking and ensure site readiness, coordination with internal teams, and timely delivery of materials.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule installations from first contact to contract closeout.
• Make welcome calls to customers within 48 hours of job booking.
• Communicate with internal and external customers to ensure site readiness and progress.
• Schedule technicians and vendors to ensure on-time installation completion.
• Prepare job packets with installation details and required forms for installers.
• Track material deliveries and update stakeholders on progress.
• Ensure paperwork complies with Zero Harm safety policy and timely closeout.
