• High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years service operations or scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and general business software; good data management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling for technicians and team leads to meet customer needs.
• Track and manage inventory, orders, shipments, and account updates.
• Assist with customer surveys and service requests from initiation to completion.
• Generate and reconcile daily service activity, and maintain customer satisfaction goals.
• Support with warranty claims, RMA processing, and annual inventory cycles.
