Job summary

Ferrazzano in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage material, labor, and documentation for installations. This role acts as liaison between corporate staff and field staff.

Responsibilities include coordinating material delivery, reviewing work orders, printing orders, uploading paperwork, and supporting project managers to keep schedules on track. A high school diploma and customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of practical customer service in new home construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material delivery for installation.
• Review work orders against builders’ selections for accuracy, including change orders.
• Print and attach installation diagrams to work orders.
• Upload signed paperwork to tracking/scheduling system.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to maintain schedule and material request dates.
• Verify material on hand for installs.
• Interface with other departmental team members to resolve cross‑department issues.
• Perform other customer service, administrative, and clerical duties as assigned.
