Job summary

Classic Floors is seeking a Production Coordinator in Riverview, FL to manage installations and coordinate materials, labor, and documentation. The role requires collaboration with project managers and field staff to ensure on-time deliveries and accurate change orders.

The candidate should have strong MS Office skills (especially Excel) and experience in customer service within home construction, for a full-time clerical position in Tampa area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of practical customer service in the new home construction industry preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material, labor, and documentation for installations.
• Act as liaison between corporate staff and field staff.
• Review tracking/scheduling system to ensure timely material orders.
• Verify material on hand for installs and print work orders with diagrams.
• Upload signed paperwork to the tracking/scheduling system.
• Coordinate material delivery for arrival prior to installation.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to maintain schedule and material request dates.
• Interface with other departments to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Perform other customer service, admin and clerical duties as assigned.
