Job summary

Builders FirstSource is seeking an Installation Coordinator to manage installation scheduling, paperwork, and repairs for the Installation department at the Florence SC yard. Under moderate supervision, coordinates the delivery and installation of products/material at customer sites, ensures that customer complaints are handled promptly, obtains building permits, and tracks warranty accounts and claims.

This position requires a high school diploma or GED and one year of assembly or clerical

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and one year of assembly or clerical experience, or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating installations or field services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates delivery and installation of products/material at customer’s sites.
• Ensures customer complaints are handled in a timely manner.
• Obtains building permits and ensures that all local permits are obtained, inspected, and signed off.
• Tracks warranty accounts, handles claims and resolves customer complaints.
