Classic Floors is seeking a Production Coordinator in Riverview, FL. This full-time clerical role coordinates all material, labor, and documentation for installations, acting as a liaison between corporate staff and field teams.

Salary ranges from $19.00 to $20.00 hourly; on-site work in Tampa area. The position requires strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of practical customer service in the home construction industry preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate materials, labor, and documentation for installations.
• Liaise between corporate staff and field staff.
• Review work orders against builders’ selections for accuracy.
• Print and upload work orders and diagrams.
• Coordinate material delivery and scheduling with Project Managers.
