• Recruit and select personnel for installer positions based on market needs and future growth.
• Hold Installers accountable to policies through inspections, scheduling and capacity management.
• Forecast resource needs and ensure efficient flow of installations daily.
• Develop and measure performance of initiatives to improve process efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
• Collaborate with General Production Manager to implement system and process improvements for total customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure availability of products to meet deadlines.
• Use data to monitor and adjust resource needs across varying demand scenarios.
• Manage and resolve cross-functional issues and challenges.
• Mitigate and resolve customer escalations with urgency and focus on satisfaction.
• Obtain window and bathroom remodeling measurements for new projects and translate into applications.
• Perform warranty services on completed projects.
