Job summary

Responsibilities

• Update long- and short-range schedules with manpower and project information.
• Attend and run weekly Installation meetings, capturing details for the department.
• Verify timesheets for accuracy and coding for field staff.
• Verify subcontract labor hours and coordinate with agencies.
• Onboard field staff and verify pre-employment requirements.
• Coordinate travel, lodging, and per diem for installers and leaders.
• Maintain safety program records and fleet maintenance logs.
