Job summary

Bio-Rad Laboratories seeks a Project Coordinator or Installation Coordinator to manage instrument installations from order to completion in California. You will own cases, liaise with customers, and coordinate with Field Service, Sales, and logistics to ensure timely setup and documentation.

You’ll prepare orders for entry into the TMS, create waybills, and support revenue recognition by securing customer signatures. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with customer service and project coordination.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, ServiceMax, SAP, Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate instrument installations from order receipt to scheduling.
• Collaborate with Field Service, Sales, and customers for critical details.
• Enter orders into TMS, create waybills, and prepare documentation.
• Handle deinstalls and instrument moves; arrange replacements for OBFs.
• Assist FSEs in obtaining customer signatures for revenue recognition.
