Job summary

Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc is seeking a Project Coordinator or Installation Coordinator based in California. The role handles all aspects of coordinating instrument installations, from receiving orders to scheduling with Field Service and Sales, ensuring documentation and sign-offs for revenue recognition.

Responsibilities include deinstalls, instrument moves, replacements for out-of-box failures, and preparing data for TMS.

Qualifications

Associates Degree or high school diploma with equivalent work experience.
1–3 years as a project team member preferred with customer service experience.
Strong customer service, negotiation, conflict resolution, project coordination, organizational and time management skills.
Experience with Salesforce, ServiceMax, SAP, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate instrument installations from order receipt to completion.
Own a case; contact customer; gather critical logistical details; enter into TMS and create waybill.
Collaborate with Field Service, Sales and other teams to schedule and execute installations; handle deinstalls/moves.
Assist FSEs in obtaining customer signatures for revenue recognition; ensure all installation docs and service reports are uploaded.
