Job summary

Bio-Rad Laboratories is seeking a Project Coordinator or Installation Coordinator to manage all aspects of instrument installations, from receipt of orders to scheduling with Field Service and customers. You will coordinate documentation, moves, and deinstalls while supporting revenue recognition through timely action.

You will collaborate with Sales, manage work orders, and ensure all installation-related inquiries are answered. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or high school diploma with equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years in a project team with customer service experience.
• Strong customer service, negotiation, conflict resolution, coordination, organization, and time management; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate instrument installations for LSG or CDG instrumentation from order receipt to scheduling and execution.
• Own cases, obtain critical logistical details, and prepare to enter orders into TMS.
• Create waybills, send documents to customers, and collaborate with Sales and FSEs on signatures.
• Assist with deinstalls/move requests and coordinate replacements for out-of-box failures at install.
• Ensure installation documentation is compiled and attached to cases and service reports are uploaded.
