Job summary

Bio-Rad Laboratories is seeking a Customer Relations Coordinator to join our Inventory Management team. This role acts as a liaison between internal teams and customers to support inventory availability and customer needs across product lines.

You will manage inquiries, analyze inventory data, prepare reports, and support inventory-related decisions while collaborating with Customer Care, Marketing, Planning, and Sales. Remote work is offered within the U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred; 4+ years in Customer Service, Sales Support, Relationship Management, Inventory Management, or similar.
• Analytical ability to gather, interpret data and propose practical solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work across departments and quickly learn business systems such as SAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory information and reporting with accurate, up-to-date reports for internal teams.
• Support inventory optimization and financial objectives by monitoring stock levels and reducing scrap.
• Analyze customer usage and inventory data to evaluate demand and allocations.
• Review and maintain orders in SAP and coordinate with teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Serve as a key contact for internal customers via multiple inboxes, providing timely information.
