Job summary

Andersen Corporation in Minnesota is seeking a Field Technician II Leader to guide and train Field Technicians in Renewal by Andersen guidelines, ensuring superior field support and accurate technical measures before installation.

You will oversee measuring, documentation, and handling escalated customer issues, performing both Technical Measure and Service duties as needed, with a focus on coaching others and managing multiple projects.

Qualifications

• High school degree and valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Renewal installation experience strongly preferred.
• Meets the skills and competency requirements for Field Technician II leadership/coaching.
• Ability to handle escalated customer issues professionally and respectfully.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and/or training to Field Technicians in accordance with RbA guidelines.
• Ensures superior field support on RbA products and accurate technical measures prior to installation.
• Provides direction and training to Field Technician I and II's.
• Ensures that Tech Measures and Services are completed in accordance with RbA guidelines.
• Includes proper documentation.
• Handles escalated or complex customer issues.
• Performs both Technical Measure duties and Service duties as needed.
